Why is the United States allowed to have an arsenal of nuclear weapons while it prevents other nations from having any weapons, or even nuclear power?

We have in front of us an article titled, "500,000 endangered by tests since 1940". This was in the Washington Times, Thursday, September 29, 1994, page A9. The problem is that still no laws have been made to punish "intelligence" people, or any other government agency, who continue this U.S. tradition of using people in experiments to test and develop technologies, without the consent of the humans who are victims.

We have in front of us another article from Defense News 29, January 11-17, 1993, that is titled, "U.S., Russia Hope to Safeguard Mind-Control Techniques". And, information from page 99, copyright 1990, from the Bureau of National Affairs, Washington, D.C., that tells of a recent report about the effects of "frequency" weapons (called non-lethal weapons by the U.S. government). These weapons can, without a sound and by remote, cause chest pains in the frequency of 5-7; urge to urinate in the frequency range of 10-18; internal bleeding can also be caused from these non-lethal weapons; feelings of panic, lower jaw symptoms (such as snapping the jaw shut), etc. In fact, in the early 1970s, the University of South Florida used microchip implants to track sharks and study their eating habits (by studying their jaw movements) as they roamed free in the ocean. This South Florida experiment used a primitive machine by 21st century standards, but it gives you an idea of how far back the technology goes. And, when it was allowed out in the "real" world in the early 1970s at South Florida, the CIA/intelligence was already 30 years ahead of that technology.

There is now a developed technology (Boeing, in the Midwest is involved) that uses directed frequencies to try to alter human behavior from a distance. The idea is to be able to control unfriendly leaders of other nations.

All types of torture, including murder, can be used with these frequency weapons, by remote -- as the report says, "…they are silent, and countermeasures to them may be difficult to develop…" These horrors can be done without small microchip implants in an area such as a prison (or any confined space). With small implants put deep in the natural body openings, not only can these things be done to someone, but over time, profiles are developed so the individual's behavior for a specific punishment can be recorded -- in other words, shock someone hard and with a microchip implanted, a signal can be returned to a distant computer that tells "doctors" how the shock made the victim's heart rate go up and how long it takes to return to normal. So, as the victim/prisoner "gets used to one torture" shown when the heart rate barely goes up after a shock or recovers too quickly, they are shocked harder; or perhaps, they will be kept awake for several nights and then shocked to see what the response will show on the distant computer.

Why don't you question President Bush about this technology? The U.S. does experiments all the time, brutalizing innocent citizens. The U.S. needs to keep ahead of other nations and does so by abusing citizens to see what new technologies can do. With the Tuskegee experiment, Blacks were used to study VD for years and years without their knowledge or consent. At one time the U.S. injected radon into pregnant retarded girls to "see what would happen". Hundreds of thousands of victims, over the years, are brutalized by the U.S. CIA. Tell Russia, tell China, tell everyone… Stop this bully nation known as the United States -- tell the United Nations what the U.S. is doing.
